To support the facility’s extensive upgrade, we engineered robust new structural wood framing elevations featuring strategically placed shear wall hold-downs, continuous load paths, and precise seismic tie connections. The package also provided meticulous architectural detailing for accessibility-compliant, pressure-treated exterior ramps and code-compliant, fire-resistant wall assemblies.
